By accessing or using Intake Form Pro ("Service"), operated by Adam Legal Systems ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

4.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Client Data and Responsibilities

• Maintaining appropriate client confidentiality standards
• Using AI-generated insights as a starting point, not a substitute for professional judgment

7.2 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all client data and documents uploaded to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate case briefs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist your work, not replace professional judgment
• AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Adam Legal Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates when your account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Legal Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination
• We may delete your data 30 days after account closure

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in [Jurisdiction]. Each party shall bear its own costs.
